DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n)Senior Manager TPO Global CRM
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingasDePuy Synthes. Job Overview
This role provides strategic product ownership and leadership for DePuy Synthes Global CRM technology platforms enabling commercial teams to better serve customers and improve business outcomesand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. TheSr. Manager TPO Global CRMpartners closely with global commercial digital and IT stakeholders to define product vision prioritize capabilities and ensure delivery of scalable compliant and highvalue CRM solutions across regions.Therole hasa significantimpact on how DePuy Synthesserves customers globally drives business growthand supports commercial excellence through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap aligned to commercial priorities and businessobjectives.
Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness customer engagement and analytics needs and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation customer data)
Lead crossfunctional collaboration with IT delivery teams vendors and architects to ensure highquality ontime product delivery.
Govern product lifecycle management including enhancements integrations upgrades and decommissioning activities.
Ensure CRM solutionscomply withdata privacy security and regulatory requirements across global markets.
Track product performance and adoption using insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
Provide leadership and guidance within the Commercial Technology organization modeling strong product ownership and stakeholder engagement.
Lead the application of AI advanced analytics and automation to modernize commercial platforms enhancing customer engagement pricing and revenue optimization anddatadrivendecisionmakingwhile driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales marketing and customer operations.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree(Information Technology Computer Science Business or related field).
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA or Masters) preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
8-10years ofexperience in technology product ownership or product management within enterprise IT environments.
Strong background supporting commercial or customerfacing technologiesincluding CRMplatforms.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technology solutions.
Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures.
Solid understanding of system integration data and enterprise application landscapes.
Strong communication influence and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
Preferred:
Experience supporting globalimplementations in a large matrixed organization.
Familiarity with Agile or productbased delivery models.
Experience working with external technology vendors and system integrators.
Exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences.
Other:
Travel: Occasional international travel may be.
Certifications: Product management Agile orSFDCrelated certifications preferred but not.
