Call Centre Executive Lead Conversion Specialist

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Manage and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns website enquiries WhatsApp and other sources.
• Counsel prospective patients/customers regarding treatments services procedures and appointments.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with doctors operations and front desk teams for seamless appointment scheduling.
• Maintain lead data call records and conversion reports in CRM/software.
• Build trust and maintain excellent patient/customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling relevant treatments/services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• 1 - 5 years experience.
• Minimum Bachelors degree. BDS / BHMS / BAMS preferred.
• Experience in call centre patient counselling healthcare sales or lead conversion roles will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of CRM and lead management systems.
