THE ROLE

The heart of the role is deliveringexceptional food by leading training and developing your kitchen brigade withcare consistency and creativity.

As Head Chef you will oversee the qualityand consistency of our food offering manage your kitchen team driveoperational and commercial standards and support menu development.

We understand that balance looks differentfor everyone and the role can be designed with flexibility in mind.

ABOUT YOU

You love food from the joy of eating it tounderstanding how it is grown and produced. You value the discipline of cookingand take pride in passing that knowledge on. Calm under pressure precise andorganised you are happiest when working with beautiful produce and leading akitchen that runs smoothly.

You are a warm and approachable leader whoinspires through example and enjoys helping the team learn and grow. Youunderstand flavour balance work confidently with beautiful produce and careabout seasonality sustainable sourcing and cooking with whole ingredients.

A knowledge of Australian food its originsand an interest in the people and stories that shape hospitality is restaurants are busy environments and a sense of confidence in that settingis ideal. Above all though you care about flavour learning and training is not essential experience curiosity and attitude matterjust as much.
