CloudOps Engineer

• Manage monitor and support cloud infrastructure and services primarily onAWS.
• Assist in cloud transformation and migration activities towardAzureandOracle Cloud.
• Deploy and maintain cloud resources such as compute storage networking and security configurations.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks: incident management service requests and root cause analysis.
• Support and troubleshootWindows Serverenvironments including patching and performance tuning.
• Configure and troubleshootIISfor hosting and supporting web applications.
• Manage and troubleshootDNSActive Directory and identity/access-related issues.
• SupportMS SQL Serveradministration tasks (basic setup backups restores performance checks connectivity).
• Work with databases: troubleshooting access management backup/restore coordination and monitoring.
• Build run and troubleshootDocker containers; support container-based deployments.
• Administer and troubleshootLinux systems(basic services logs permissions networking).
• Create and maintain automation usingShell scriptingandPowerShell scripting.
• Perform application and infrastructure troubleshooting using logs monitoring tools and metrics.
• Implement basic security best practices access controls and support compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with developers QA and security teams to improve stability and performance.

• 23 years of experience as aCloud/Infrastructure Engineeror similar role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on support experience withAWS(core services like EC2 S3 VPC IAM RDS Lambda Route 53Load Balancers Auto Scaling CloudWatch CloudTrail etc)
• Good understanding/exposure toAzureandOracle Cloud.
• Experience withWindows ServerIISDNS andActive Directory.
• Working knowledge ofMS SQL Serverand general database concepts (backup/restore users/roles connectivity).
• Experience withLinux administration.
• Familiarity withDocker containers environment.
• Hands-on scripting experience withShellandPowerShell.
• Strongapplication troubleshootingand problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

• Exposure toTerraform/CloudFormationor any Infrastructure-as-Code tool.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions etc.).
• Monitoring/logging tools exposure (CloudWatch Grafana ELK Splunk etc.).
• Understanding of networking basics: VPC/VNet subnets routing NAT load balancers VPN.
• Any cloud certification (AWS preferred; Azure/Oracle is a plus).
• ITIL basics or experience working in production support environments.
