Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Bangalore India (Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: INR 15 LPA to 20 LPA

Your Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Design develop and deploy AI-based solutions and applications.
• Build and integrate Generative AI NLP Computer Vision and Predictive Analytics capabilities.
• Develop and optimize AI models for performance scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver AI-driven features.
• Fine-tune foundation models and Large Language Models (LLMs) where applicable.
• Implement AI governance security and responsible AI practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Monitor AI systems in production and continuously improve model performance.
• Create technical documentation and best practices for AI solutions.
• Demonstrate Strong Ownership & Relevance
• Building cloud applications that are highly scalable and highly available
• Building high performing RESTFul web services and APIs
• Participate in Requirements Planning Design Review discussions.
• Work in a Continuous integration environment with highest focus on software standards and quality
• Innovate and generate new ideas for Product & Process BU and Cisco build prototypes propose ideas
• Analyze customer feedback and customer issues participate actively in customer support activities which includes triage & providing resolutions
• Incrementally upgrade & develop new skills to adopt to new product requirements participate and present leanings in a BU level forums
• Document software design flows and use cases using various software design techniques like Sequence Diagrams Architectural Diagrams Class Diagrams etc...

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python Java or similar languages.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Keras or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of Generative AI LLMs Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Understanding of NLP Computer Vision Recommendation Systems and Predictive Modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MLOps model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases AI agents and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsible AI model explainability and AI governance.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience

• 8 years depending on role level.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or related field.
