Previous residential lettings experience is essential along with a proactive approach strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the property industry.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties efficiently
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings and valuations
• Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling enquiries and resolving property-related issues promptly
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

• Proven experience in residential lettings or estate agency
• Strong background as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• Confident in building and maintaining client relationships
• Full UK driving licence preferred
