HVACR Service Technician

Nielsen Mechanical a Crete United company is hiring a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician supporting the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs markets.

We are looking for a well-rounded technician who can troubleshoot maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while delivering a high level of service to customers. What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

(RTUs split systems boilers chillers walk-in coolers and freezers reach-ins and ice machines)

• Support service calls across Denver Metro and Colorado Springs
• Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance across HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper operation and compliance
• Adjust system controls to optimize performance and efficiency
• Complete work orders accurately including time materials and notes
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate clearly with customers

What You Bring

• 5 plus years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Experience with low-temp and medium-temp refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with boilers chillers air handlers cooling towers and controls preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Strong work ethic reliability and customer-first mindset
• Valid drivers license
