Where Youll Make a Difference

• Manage the full order-to-cash cycle (order entry confirmation tracking and closure in SAP).
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers ensuring proactive communication.
• Coordinate with Sales Planning Production Quality Logistics and Finance teams.
• Provide regional support to LATAM strategic accounts resolving operational issues.
• Monitor and align forecast changes with global planning teams.
• Ensure accurate pricing quotations and regional price list management.
• Handle customer claims billing disputes and external non-conformities.
• Maintain and update master data (customers materials commercial conditions).
• Drive service excellence by ensuring on-time delivery and minimizing risks.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree completed.
• Proven experience in Customer Service within industrial manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong SAP knowledge (order management and customer service modules preferred).
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes logistics and supply chain operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience managing high-volume operations and customized orders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle complex customer situations.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience in fragrance chemical or FMCG industries.
• Exposure to regional/global account management in LATAM.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO or GMP.
