The Sales & Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Brainerd & Little Falls is responsible for driving brand growth and developing long-term professional relationships across multiple industry sectors including insurance residential commercial property management hospitality/resorts and community organizations.
This role is designed for a highly motivated results-driven individual who is hungry for sales success and committed to exceeding a first-year sales goal of $500000. Success in this position is built through consistent in-person engagement relationship development and strong community presence not transactional sales.
Representatives are expected to be actively in the field Monday through Friday building connections with referral partners prospects and clients. This role also requires active participation in community events networking opportunities and after-hours engagement helping to expand SERVPROs visibility and reputation throughout the Brainerd Lakes and Little Falls areas.
The representative will utilize SERVPRO marketing tools including Key Differentiators and the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) to educate partners and clients on services and long-term value. Clear communication consistent follow-up and proactive relationship management are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Relationship Development & Field Activity
Conduct daily in-person visits within assigned territory (MondayFriday)
Build and maintain relationships across insurance agents adjusters property managers business owners resort operators and homeowners
Establish SERVPRO as the go-to restoration provider in the Brainerd & Little Falls markets
Execute a structured route plan to ensure consistent coverage and engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships

Actively promote SERVPRO services across residential commercial and specialty industries (including resorts and seasonal properties)
Deliver presentations trainings and educational meetings to referral partners
Drive adoption of the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) program
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure readiness satisfaction and repeat business
Follow up on active and completed jobs to strengthen relationships and identify future opportunities

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales marketing or relationship-based roles
Strong communication networking and follow-up skills
Highly self-motivated competitive and goal-oriented
Ability to manage territory independently and stay organized
Comfortable working primarily in the field (8090%)

Experience in restoration insurance construction or service industries preferred
