Our HCM Operations Teamis responsible forthe systems data and processesthat supportourpeopleoperations spanning HRISdata and insights compensation benefitsimmigrationand employee close-knit team that supports one another cares deeply about the employees we serve and takes pride in doing outstanding our Analyst youll have real technical work to sink your teeth into disconnected systems to integrate manual processes to automate data to clean up and structure and AI tools to explore and put to kind of environment where someone who loves to build andoptimizewill move fast andvalueefficientconsistent processes but always keep in mind the people our systems exist to small enough to be nimble if you bring skills or interests outside of systems whether thats benefitscompliancedata analytics or something else entirely theres room to put them to use.
WhatYoullDo
- Own and continuously improve our HCMsystems including our HRISATSbenefit platforms comp tools and other connected systems
- Partner closely with our internal Tech team to spec build andmaintainintegrations and file feeds
- Drive automation and AI initiativesto find smarter ways to get things done
- Ensure our HCM data is clean well-structured and configuredto powerreliable reporting automation and integrations
- Build andmaintainreports and dashboards thathelpleadership andteammatesmake good decisions
- Manage system securityto ensuresure the right people have the right access and our data is protected
- Own compliance filings (5500s etc.) andmaintainour employee handbook
- Collaboratecloselywith teammatesacross HCM recruiting finance and beyondto translate their needsinto system solutions
- Document systemsandprocessesso knowledge is accessible to the whole team
WhatWereLooking For
- 5 years of HCM systems experience across multiple platforms including integrations implementations or migrations ideally at a small or mid-size company
- A hands-on problem solver who loves to build
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configuration and process design.
- Strong data skills knowing how data needs to be structured upstream to be useful downstream
- Comfort working across technical tools experience with BI platforms (e.g. Sigma Power BI Tableau) and a general understanding of APIs is a plus
- Equally comfortable talking HCM and Tech and able to bridge the two as a true partner
- Preference for candidates in Chicago (relocationassistanceavailable)
Compensation
The salary range for this role is listed below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The discretionary bonus will be dependent upon the individuals skills experience qualifications and firm performance.
Salary Range
$110000 - $140000 USD
Most teams at CTC with the exception of Trading follow a hybrid workplace model subject to change based on business need.
