This position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious automotive brand connecting customers with the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process of Audi vehicles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Audi lineup features pricing and incentives.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with financing vehicle options and trade-ins as needed.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors offerings.
• Attend training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
