About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for aManager - Asset Management System & Riskto drive improvements in Water Corporations asset management system as we seek greater maturity across all asset management role is critical in ensuring an integrated and optimised asset management system is embedded across the addition this role is responsible for building and maintaining core capabilities of asset risk and contingency planning. This role will bebased in our Leederville office reporting to the Head of Asset Strategy.
What the role will involve
- Lead maturity assessments and governance of the Water Corporations Asset Management System
- Focus on improved asset decision making through management and assurance of the asset risk process
- Manage the development and implementation of asset management strategies
- Improve security and safety of assets through contingency planning
- Build asset resilience into decision making through the consideration of the impact of climate change on the Water Corporations service delivery across the State
- Optimise the management development and deployment of all team members ensuring they have the capability to consistently deliver expected outcomes
About you
Youll hold a degree level qualification in engineering asset management risk management or relevant discipline along with significant experience in the design and implementation of organisation wide asset management frameworks. Your demonstrated leadership and ability to build teams collaborate negotiate and influence both senior internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
