We seek to support people who are particularly vulnerable due to their circumstances and work directly with those seeking help irrespective of their legal status their background or how they arrived in the roleThe Senior Manager - Case Work is responsible for leading quality service delivery of nationwide casework programs and will exercise managerial responsibility and guidance to ensure programs are delivered in accordance with the Client Practice Framework and adhere to financial requirements. The position will provide indirect leadership across a large and geographically dispersed workforce of role will also collaborate with senior leaders across the division to provide strategic case management advice supporting service delivery advocacy and program growth while ensuring programs are compliant financially sustainable and achieve positive client/community outcomes. What you will bringHighly developed skills and experience in leading teams responding to complex and diverse client experience as a practice advisor senior practitioner or similar role within a service delivery operation in social work services or comparable skill in working with front line staff and supervisors to strengthen their client practice and critical developed skills in the ability to proactively identify practice and service trends barriers and opportunities and subsequently implement changes that improve the quality-of-service cultural competency and ability to manage cultural and individual differences effectively and equitably.
