What Youll Do:

Feed and catch material from production equipment
Inspect lumber and remove defects
Sand stain and finish wood products
Package finished materials (wrap banding etc.)
Follow work orders and maintain quality standards

This is a hands-on role-youll be on your feet and working with real wood products every day.

What Were Looking For:

Reliable and shows up ready to work
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure (1/16)
Manufacturing construction or hands-on experience is a plus (not required)
