What Youll Do

• Lead the sales floor and support team members during high-volume shifts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide cannabis product guidance
• Assist with daily dispensary operations including cash handling and store flow
• Support inventory restocking and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company procedures
• Help maintain a clean organized and efficient retail dispensary environment

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or hospitality)
• Previous budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
• Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
• Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Must be 21 and able to meet all requirements set by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
