You are the dynamic professional Director of Operations we are looking for. This full-time position will develop implement and coordinate processes systems and compliance measures to ensure quality consistency and continuity for assigned services within Meridian Health Services in Wayne and Randolph County Indiana.

Director of Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates marketing activities and promotes program services to potential referral sources and maintains positive relationships with referral sources over a multi-county area.
- Recommends marketing strategies & goals for each program and service.
- Obtains data and prepares recommendations regarding potential referral sources and clients
- Participates in market research to determine area and client needs.
- Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect agency and program requirements
- Evaluates programs and service marketability in terms of client and referral source needs.
- Management oversight of all programs administratively and clinically (collaborates with clinical leaders Social Services and Nursing) for the assignments in the region.
- Prepares and releases reports studies and publications to promote public understanding of and support for assigned programs.
- Visits agency sites to evaluate effectiveness of services provided.
- Prepares and maintains budgets of assigned programs.
- Achieves Revenue Goals for all assigned programs.
- Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff clients and referral sources:
- Communicates openly honestly and constructively.
- Treats all employees clients and referral staff with dignity respect and courtesy.
- Resolves concerns and problems concerning communication trust and respect.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities for direct reports including interviewing hiring and training employees performance appraisals and addressing performance concerns.
- Coordinates and evaluates programs
- Create systems and processes that measure outcomes such as patient centered medical home workflows.
- Work closely with Vice President and Practice Managers to ensure that all locations are in compliance with regulatory/accreditation requirements and established Meridian Health Services standards.
- Develop and disseminate policies and procedures consistent with best practices and monitor compliance to ensure integrity throughout the system.
- Assists the Vice President with development of programs and services
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems in collaboration with other departments in the agency.

We are seeking Director of Operations candidates with the following qualities:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field; Masters Degree preferred.
- 5 years experience in medical or behavioral health practice administration/management
- Valid drivers license a driving record meeting Meridians driving policy reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
