Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations ensuring that every visitor and caller receives prompt and courteous service. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain the reception area keeping it tidy and organized.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Handle incoming mail packages and deliveries efficiently.
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software such as MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
