Learn more about Galapagos: Capital is expanding its Wealth Management platform in Switzerland and is looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join its Miami office.
This is a front-office revenue-generating role focused on originating and developing new client relationships. The position is intended for senior bankers who act as true relationship owners and who wish to grow their client franchise in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Actively originate onboard and manage HNW and UHNW clients
- Develop and grow a portable book of client relationships with full ownership of coverage
- Advise clients on investment solutions within an open architecture platform
- Maintain long-term trust-based relationships while ensuring high regulatory and fiduciary standards
- Work closely with internal investment and advisory teams while retaining autonomy over client relationships
Client scope
- HNW and UHNW private clients and families
- Client books from any geography are welcome
- No requirement for Brazil or Latin America exposure
Prerequisites
What we expect from you
- 8 years of experience in Private Banking or EAM with a proven track record in client acquisition;
- Demonstrated ability to bring or build a client portfolio;
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and independence;
- Fluency in English required.
