Accountable for leading the Strategic Consulting practice in delivering high-value data-driven insights that enhance client fleet performance reduce costs and support business growth. Provides strategic guidance to both prospective and existing clients while managing and developing a team of consultants. Ensures disciplined governance prioritization and execution of consulting engagements and drives adoption of best-practice fleet sustainability and technology solutions.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing consulting team fostering a culture of accountability innovation growth and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions performance evaluations and individual development plans.
  • Manage resource allocation project prioritization and workload distribution to ensure balanced and effective delivery.
  • Promote a performance-driven environment through KPIs structured feedback and continuous improvement practices.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and operational teams to align priorities vision and organizational values.

Practice Governance & Methodology Development

  • Own and evolve consulting tools dashboards and analytical frameworks to enhance visibility decision-making and scalability across engagements.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality delivery through governance of methodologies standards and operating practices.
  • Identify operational pain points within the practice and lead continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Client Engagement & Strategic Delivery

  • Manage a portfolio of complex high-visibility clients ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and measurable business value.
  • Prepare and deliver standardized or customized presentations to external customers; participate in training and enablement sessions as required.
  • Support clients in implementing recommended actions and oversee benefits realization through dashboards reviews and performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and support cross-functional strategic initiatives that enhance fleet operations efficiency technology adoption and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (Telematics Data Science Product Sales Pricing Operations Account Management) to integrate insights and deliver end-to-end value.

Supervision and Influence

  • Direct supervision of Consultants with responsibility for capability development succession planning and talent growth.
  • Influence senior internal stakeholders and external executive clients across complex organizational environments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business finance accounting economics data science or other business-related curriculum.
  • 7 years of financial analysis/modeling experience. Desirable experience in Consulting Firms / Automotive Industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams or managing consulting practices.
  • Strong communication coaching and influencing skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related risk tax operational fields.
  • English spoken/written proficiency: Advanced level
  • Strategic Thinking Analytical
  • Accountability for financial outcomes including savings realization SOW growth and client satisfaction.

Desired Characteristics

  • Masters degree and 6 relevant years of work experience including but not limited to: Direct sales Business Consulting fleet management Automotive Industry &/or Database management experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience (or a minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in financial services)
