Job Summary
We have a rare and immediate opportunity to add to our award-winning dealership family. We are looking for an experienced Express Maintenance Service Advisor to join our Service Department.
Pay: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Greet assist and document customer concerns on repair orders
- Interview customers about concerns they have with their vehicle
- Sell repair work needed based off Technician and menu recommendations along with customers scheduled maintenance needs
- Stay in communication with customer as repair work is being completed
- Deliver completed vehicle to customer with full explanation of completed work and any additional recommendations
- Resolve customer concerns
Qualifications
- Automotive experience required
- Weekend availability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Patience in problem-solving scenarios
- Proficient with technology texting applications etc.
- Experience with Tekiona plus!
