• Clean bars work areas and tables.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Mix and pour drinks as well as take food orders
• Clean glasses utensils and bar equipment.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
• Collect money for drinks served.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Other and all duties projects and tasks as assigned by employees manager

• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must be dependable
• At least one year previous bartender experience
• Knowledge of food and beverage products proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items.
• Must be able to provide an excellent quest experience
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
