About the team

The Front-End Technology team consists of colaborative high-performing engineers. Our mandate is to architect and evolve a modern platform and web client that empowers users to visualize and orchestrate the worlds most complex supply chains. As a Staff Engineer you wil be a technical anchor for the organization ensuring our architecture remains robust performant and scalable while supporting an expanding engineering force. You wil tackle the unique chalenge of handling massive high-concurrency datasets with a focus on world-class performance and maintainability.

What you will do

• Drive Technical Strategy: Define the long-term architectural roadmap for our web client and frontend platform ensuring it aligns with global business objectives and scales across multiple product lines.
• Lead Complex Architecture: Spearhead design investigations and prototype complex system integrations to resolve technical uncertainties and de-risk major platform initiatives.
• Scale Engineering Excellence: Establish and uphold high standards for software craftsmanship performance optimization and architectural consistency across multiple teams.
• Champion Quality & Reliability: Design and implement comprehensive automated testing and observability strategies that ensure long-term stability in an enterprise-grade environment.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between high-level product vision and technical execution partnering with Product Directors UX Leaders and Engineering Managers to influence the product roadmap.
• Innovation & Gen AI: Lead the practical application of Generative AI and emerging web technologies to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
• Mentorship & Influence: Cultivate a culture of continuous growth by mentoring Senior and Lead engineers and fostering a community of practice around frontend and ful-stack excelence.

Technologies we use

• Frontend: TypeScript React Modern State Management.
• Backend: C# .NET Core Java
• Testing: Playwright TestCafe
• Cloud: Azure GCP.

What we are looking for

• 12 Years of Experience: A proven track record in building and scaling complex ful-stack web applications.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React. You should be comfortable architecting complex type systems and reusable component ecosystems.
• Enterprise Architecture: 5 years of experience leading the development of complex enterprise-grade web platforms that serve global customers.
• Design Patterns & OOP: Expert understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) SOLID principles and modern design patterns as applied to the web.
• Cloud Fluency: Extensive practical experience with cloud-native architectures on Azure or GCP.
• The Staff Mindset: You are more than a coder; you are a technical diplomat and a champion for technical debt management code maintainability and organizational
  growth.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
