We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with strong expertise in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Governance Risk Compliance Policy & Compliance Audit Management Vendor Risk and platform development.

• 5-8 years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience developing Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ACLs Data Policies Notifications Scheduled Jobs and Import Sets.
• Experience with CMDB and ITSM integration is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Design develop and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Implement Risk Management Policy & Compliance Audit Management and Vendor Risk modules.
• Customize forms workflows UI Actions Business Rules Client Scripts and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migration transformation and import activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure platform best practices security and governance standards are followed.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

• Experience with:

• Micro-Certifications in Flow Designer or IntegrationHub

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
