Job Summary
Subject to formal establishment Joint Boarding process and sS Policies a vacancy will arise for a OF3-OF4 to serve asChief LOCON Landon Ex JOINT HORIZON Longmoor Hampshire on VTOD Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 31 May 26 for 15 days end date 12 Jun 26.
Up to 15 RSDs total are available for the right candidate to conduct the role.

Position Role:
Chief LOCON LAND will provide assistance in the form of operational-level LAND advice to Chief LOCON in delivering realistic and dynamic activity to the Primary Training Audience to achieve the exercise aims and objectives as set out by the Officer Scheduling the Exercise (OSE). Act as LOCON for the 1PWRR standby Battalion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and advice to EXCON in order to successfully deliver the exercise.
- Ensure delivery of realistic and dynamic training iaw Chief LOCONs intent
- Provide LAND LOCON advice and input into the Main Events List (MEL) and Main Incident List (MIL).
- Contribute toward feedback debriefs and AAR as required.
