• Walk into the box and close like its their last deal on earth every time
• Hit and beat $3000 PVR consistently with a 100% menu presentation rate
• Build deals lenders want to buy and customers want to sign
• Maintain bulletproof compliance (Safeguards OFAC Red Flags TILA)
• Hold CSI scores that reflect the three-pointed star on the building
• Mentor the desk coach the floor and run F&I like you own it

What You Bring to the Table

• A track record youre proud of and references wholl back it up
• Automotive F&I experience (luxury preferred but if youre a monster producer in another segment were listening)
• Deep lender relationships and elite deal-structuring instincts
