Lead, Technical Program Management

THE ROLE

Entegris is seeking a Lead Technical Program Management (TPM) to join our team as the New Product Development (NPD) management partnertoour Micro-EnvironmentsBusiness Unit (MEBU) in the Advanced Purity Solutions Division at Entegris. As a key member of the Business Operations Organization this new hire will drive new product delivery and related revenue commitments by working closely with global Business/Product Management Engineering and Operations Leaders and their teams. This position will manage NPD and complex strategic programs as groups of related projects for on-time and on-budget product launches by scoping planning and driving execution of activities within the global cross functional teams. They will also coach and mentor engineers as project leaders within the various programs to drive execution.

This position will be based onsite in Colorado Springs CO.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Manage the NPD portfolio for the BU with key functional partners (business engineering and operations) to ensure clarity and alignment of priorities across teams as well as stakeholders.

• Develop and support metrics-based reporting of results on the portfolio and projects for the assigned BU.

• Provide program structure for managing multiple projectsdeterminecommunication plans and successfully execute strategy by planning scheduling prioritizing and managing resources and budgets. Lead stakeholder updates and drive progress across all levels of the organization.

• Provide leadership and alignment on technical topics risk mitigation and contingency planning. Hold the team accountable for completing activities decision making communicating expectations and delegating activities for successful completion of projects.

• Launch new products via the Stage-Gate Process.

• Serve as a role model in Program and Project Management for best practices within Entegris.

• Continuously improve business-related processes/tools aswellinnovate processes for efficient project and program management.

WHAT WE SEEK

• BS or MS degree in EngineeringSciences or similar technical field or related experience.

• 8 years ofprojectprogram portfoliomanagement experience at a global organization serving the semi-conductormanufacturingor other high-techindustry.

• Proventrack recordof displaying situationally dependent leadership skills and the ability to look at the bigger picture and guide the project teams for successful completion of critical milestones.

• Ability to adapt to changes to keep the project timeline on track by efficiently managing resources and team.

• Ability to lead global cross functional teams in the execution of complex tasks.

• Ability to coach and mentor engineering project leaders in PMO tools and processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tointerfaceand influence at all levels of an organization.

• Being proactive highly adaptable and with the ability to drive plans to completion.

• Technical knowledge and understanding of engineering-related work to efficiently manage programs.

• Financial acumen and value-driven mindset related to project and portfolio metrics to generate insights and decisions in partnership with global teams and stakeholders.

• Ability toutilizedata visualization and enterprise AI tools (Microsoft Co-Pilot) to drive automation simplification and increased speed and efficiency to deliver new products

• Ability to manage stakeholders expectations for successful program execution.

• Proficiencyin project management tools (Example: MS Project)

OUTSTANDING CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

• Masters degree ina technicalfield and/or related chemical processes related work experience

• Demonstrated program and portfolio level leadership.

• PMP or similar certification

• Compensation: $125000-$150000 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
