Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end multi-country payroll delivery ensuring accuracy timeliness and statutory compliance.
- Lead regional HR and payroll projects including system upgrades integrations process harmonisation and digital transformation.
- Standardise payroll controls templates and procedures to strengthen governance and audit readiness.
- Manage payroll vendors and service level agreements across African operations.
- Drive change management training and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
- Consolidate payroll and HR metrics providing insights and reporting to regional leadership.
- Partner with HR Finance IT and Legal to improve HRIS usage data quality and process efficiency.
