About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised proactive and community-minded Administration Officer to join the dedicated team at Newcastle Community Mental this pivotal front-facing role you will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients families carers and visitors while delivering high-level administrative support to both clinical and non-clinical teams.

Working within a diverse adult-focused community mental health service you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of compassionate culturally safe and accessible healthcare services that positively impact the local community.

As part of a collaborative and professional team you will contribute to an environment committed to excellence in patient care service delivery and improving mental health outcomes across the Greater Newcastle community.
