HR Data Analyst
Job Summary
As HR Data Analyst you will transform global HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisionmaking across the company. Using our global HR system (Workday) and modern analytics and AIenabled tools (e.g. Copilot) you will design dashboards reports and data stories for HR executives and HR leadership HR Business Partners and other stakeholders worldwide.
This role sits within the Global HR Technology (HRIS) team and plays a key role in shaping how HR data is consumed understood and used across a truly international organization.
This is your new job:
Design build and maintain HR dashboards reports and analytics based on Workday data
Use AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to enhance reporting analysis and data interpretation
Translate complex HR data into clear insights and compelling visualizations
Act as a trusted partner for HR leadership and HR Business Partners globally
Present data trends and insights confidently to senior stakeholders
Ensure data quality consistency and governance across global HR reporting
Continuously improve reporting standards automation and analytics capabilities
This is you:
University degreein one of the following or a closely related field: Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or adjacent
Experience in HR analytics reporting or data analysis ideally in a global HR environment
Strong handson experience with Workday reporting and dashboards
AIsavvy mindset with first practical experience using tools such as Copilot to support analytics work
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including data presentation
Ability to explain data clearly to nontechnical audiences
Structured analytical and detailoriented working style
