Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Beyer Automotive Management LLC is seeking a skilled Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team in Falls Church this role you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics on a variety of automotive systems including engine transmission brakes and electronics.
• Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify mechanical and electrical problems.
• Communicate findings to service advisors and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics and repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with new vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive diagnostic technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
