Key Responsibilities:

RN/M2C

  • Provide proficient person-centred nursing care and individual case management in a defined clinical area.
  • Monitor care plans implement therapeutic interventions and evaluate patient progress.
  • Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with management clinical and quality improvement activities.
  • Participate in clinical teaching mentoring and professional development for staff and students.
  • Promote continuity and consistency of care and act as a resource within your team.

RN/M2A

  • Deliver proficient person-centred clinical care in the ED and oversee patient flow and team activities.
  • Assist Unit Manager in management planning and coordination of services support change management and problem resolution.
  • Participate in clinical teaching and mentoring; foster a learning culture and maintain professional portfolios.
  • Contribute to clinical audits quality improvement projects or research to enhance care outcomes.
  • Provide shift-by-shift leadership act as a resource and manage assigned portfolio responsibilities.

RN/M3

  • Provide expert clinical care and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient/client care.
  • Lead implementation of policies risk management quality improvement and resource management; coordinate local operational processes.
  • Maintain a professional practice portfolio; develop team capability coach staff and support student placements.
  • Monitor and evaluate research to improve practice; implement evidence-based improvements to service delivery.
  • Provide professional leadership mentorship and act as a role model lead service improvement education and competency frameworks.
