Position: Zendesk Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$200/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate the effectiveness of Zendesks AI agent in real-world applications.
Provide insights to improve AI model outputs and enhance customer support experiences.
Collaborate with teams to refine AI training data and ensure high-quality performance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals and deadlines.
Develop strategies for optimizing AI agent deployment and usage.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Experience with Zendesks AI agent.
Strong understanding of AI-driven customer support systems.
