As a Quality Control Inspector you will be responsible of:
- Ensuring detection of defects and manage them accordingly to relevant procedures (non-conformities)
- non-conformities management (opening expedite dispositionand validate execution)
- monitoring and driving the NCRs key metrics (aging closure rate)
- completeness of the check form in terms of data availability and quality of the data inside the documents
- the readiness of the shop dossier (WO applicable docs and drawings check forms) to authorize starting of activities
- final checks list for shop dossier timely closing
- Issuing certificates to customer according to QCP (Quality Control Plan)
- Collaborating with Quality team to highlight repetitive issues for continuous improvement
- Driving check forms revision and improvement
- Encouraging the shop floor to highlight any type of non-conformance report quality concerns leverage on stop work authority process to stop the line and reduce as soon as possible escape
- Support to promote the Quality cultural change
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Technical Diploma
- Intermediate Turbomachinery experience
- Good knowledge of inspection procedures
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- good knowledge of mechanical drawing and measuring instruments
- good communication skills proactive and self-starter attitude
- availability to work in shifts also weekend if required
- EU permit
