QC Inspector Textiles Garments (45-day project in U.S.A.)

QIMA is hiring a QC Inspector for textiles and garments to join a high-impact project in the USA. This is a travel-based assignment in the USA with work taking place in either Pennsylvania or Los Angeles.

Duration: 4 to 6 weeks with possible extension
Open to all UK & EU citizens

What youll do
Reporting to an Operations Manager you will join our Operations team to deliver QIMAs inspection services to the QIMA quality standard. Your responsibilities:

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines
• Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers
• Inspect merchandise according to company procedures and supervise container stuffing to the same standard
• Complete inspection reports according to company procedures and timelines

Qualifications :

What you bring

• Prior experience in quality management especially softlines/ garments/ textiles/ footwear (2 years or more);
• Knowledge of AQL standards as well as relevant safety and quality regulations;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.
