Location: Regina Head office. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement allowing you to work from home and in the office on a scheduled rotation after completing training. Until training is complete you will be required to work in the office full-time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning developing and designing technical hybrid cloud solutions along with the policies principles and standards required for the centralized provisioning and de-provisioning of identities and accounts protection and authentication of identities and the authorization to access resources and/or perform certain actions. This role requires specialized knowledge of identity management practices and modern authentication protocols as well as a broad view of technology to recommend solutions that support business objectives.
Key Accountabilities

Assists in developing and executing a comprehensive Identity and Access Management program plan and project plans for the implementation and configuration of Identity and Access Management system components on premises and in the cloud.
Provides Identity and Access Management expertise to business and technical project teams.
Understands organizational business requirements to produce Identity and Access Management solutions that meet current and future business needs.
Implements best practices for Identity and Access Management while ensuring adherence to SGIs information security standards provisioning de-provisioning privileged access management and access reviews.
Oversees the system administration and monitoring of Identity and Access Management tools.
Plans and oversees identity integrations for managing identities in the hybrid cloud environment.
Maintains procedures and training plans for advanced Identity and Access Management system features.
Serves as a technical escalation resource to team members on all Identity and Access Management related technical issues.
Maintains the Public Key Infrastructure and certificate management solutions for the SGI hybrid cloud environment.
Researches and follows industry trends in the Identity and Access Management space and provides recommendations that influence SGIs strategic objectives.
Ensures a process of continuous quality improvement through the collection and analysis of identity data trends and dashboards.

Technical Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of identity and access management best practices methodologies and techniques.
Advanced knowledge of identity and access management technologies.
Advanced knowledge of information technology including operating systems subsystem components software and hardware.
Advanced knowledge of modern authentication (e.g. OAuth SAML OpenID).
Advanced knowledge of PKI and certificate management processes.
Advanced knowledge of methods procedures policy and guidelines for all systems departments and how their functions/applications/technologies support the delivery of IT services to SGI.
Advanced skills in analyzing business and technical requirements and relating them to appropriate identity and access management controls.
Advanced skill in scripting (Python/PowerShell).
Education
Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Information Technology Mathematics & Applied Science or defined equivalency.
Experience
Three to five years of experience in Identity Access Management
