Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dedicated healthcare team in Cumming Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and helping patients improve mobility reduce pain and regain independence following injury illness or surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS Certification required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
