Job Summary
The Essence of Your Role
- This is a hunter role. New business development in the DACH region you are here to close new logos not to farm existing accounts.
- From the initial outreach to the pitch and close the deal is yours.
- Working directly with the Head of and the CEO you help define how we sell whom we target and how we open up a space most retailers havent yet considered.
- Collaborate with our current account executive and growth engineer to sharpen the playbook and represent at key industry events and webinars.
- You dont sell software seats; you sell recovered revenue and efficiency which often means teaching the buyer to see the problem before you can sell the solution.
Qualifications :
What you need to succeed
- You have 1 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech Sales (ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment).
- You understand the pain points of online retailers (or you are a fast learner who can quickly master the logistics space).
- You are comfortable pitching to C-Level/Heads of Logistics and Customer Support and know how to navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Business-fluent German (C2) is required as youll be building and managing commercial relationships across the DACH region. Strong English skills are essential for collaborating with our international team.
- You have an entrepreneurial drive: You dont wait for a manual; you build the manual.
