As a Video Conferencing Specialist you will:

• Manage and support Cisco Webex video conferencing solutions devices and AV services
• Administer user accounts profiles and configuration templates through Cisco Control Hub
• Install configure and maintain Cisco conference devices and related accessories
• Provide daily technical support to end users for audio-visual and presentation services
• Troubleshoot audio video connectivity and conferencing performance issues
• Monitor and ensure the availability quality and operability of AV equipment in meeting rooms
• Support and coordinate large-scale events requiring AV and video conferencing services
• Create technical documentation user guides and contribute to service improvements while collaborating with internal teams and contractors

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support AV support or conferencing systems
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Webex Devices or similar conferencing platforms
• Good understanding of AV equipment setup connectivity and troubleshooting
• Experience managing incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage
• Service-oriented approach with strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills; certifications in Cisco Webex or AV/video conferencing technologies are beneficial
