Job Summary
TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1PM - 9PM
The House Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness organization and overall appearance of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces throughout the property. This role helps ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment that reflects the Inns luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways lobbies restrooms and guest common spaces
- Execute turndown service
- Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery trash removal and supply restocking
- Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
- Deliver amenities and requested items to guest rooms
- Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Support laundry and housekeeping operations as needed
- Follow all safety sanitation and hotel service standards
Qualifications :
- Hospitality background preferred.
