What We Are Looking For
As Retail Training Manager you will lead the strategy design and delivery of comprehensive training programs specifically tailored for our global retail network. You will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of Amplifon shop professionals across all markets ensuring consistent training standards from onboarding to performance development and change management ultimately driving strong retail performance and customer experience.
Key Activities Include
Leading the strategy design and delivery of global retail training programs.
Overseeing the creation of training toolkits and engaging content for shop professionals.
Ensuring training strengthens core capabilities across the retail employee lifecycle (onboarding performance change management).
Collaborating with global regional and country teams to align training with business needs.
Translating business content into accessible and actionable training materials.
Leveraging data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Designing and overseeing communication campaigns to drive learner engagement.
What Youll Need
Experience in a training within the retail industry with strong understanding of sales and customer interactions.
Fluency in Italian & English (both written and verbal).
Significant experience in designing and delivering classroom training sessions.
Strong project management skills managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
Experience in instructional design tools (e.g. Articulate360) and learning analytics is preferred.
Proactive open to learning and enjoys presenting to diverse groups.
Background in Audiology/Hearing Care industry is a plus.
