Job Summary

  • Support Sika materials application strategy to meet customer requirements
  • Manage project timelines from award through 90 days post-launch
  • Ensure design reviews are complete and drawings are released in accordance with department procedures
  • Establish DVP&Rs and DFMEAs and ensure design verification of parts including customer on-site validation
  • Manage engineering changes from quote approval by the customer to implementation at the manufacturing plant
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Supervisor

Qualifications :

  • Requires minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent required in Engineering
  • 1-3 years of application engineering or Program Management required preferably in the Automotive Industry
  • Japanese speaking and experience with the culture
