Bioanalytical Associate Scientist

Eurofins PSS is seeking a Bioanalytical Associate Scientist to support smallmolecule bioanalysis at a client site in Boston MA. This individual will be responsible for the scientifically sound planning and execution of experiments using LCMS/MS with a strong focus on data quality handson laboratory work and collaboration within a regulated environment.

The role is scheduled to begin June 2026 and is ideal for an earlycareer scientist with handson bioanalytical experience who is eager to develop technical depth in method development sample analysis and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform extraction and analysis of biological matrices including plasma whole blood CSF tissues and excreta
• Prepare samples using a variety of techniques such as protein precipitation liquidliquid extraction and solidphase extraction
• Conduct quantitative bioanalysis using LCMS/MS including data generation review and presentation
• Support and perform ADMErelated assays (e.g. plasma protein binding tissue partitioning)
• Troubleshoot analytical and instrumentation issues and perform routine instrument maintenance
• Document experimental data and results accurately and in compliance with applicable procedures
• Collaborate effectively with client scientists and internal teams to meet study timelines

Qualifications :

Knowledge and Skills

• Handson experience in smallmolecule bioanalysis using LCMS/MS
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to critically evaluate data prior to release
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teambased laboratory environment
• Experience with method development and assay troubleshooting preferred
• Proficiency with AB Sciex LCMS/MS instrumentation
• Experience with bioanalytical software such as Analyst DiscoveryQuant and MultiQuant
• Familiarity with laboratory automation platforms (e.g. Hamilton systems) and multiplexing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficient with standard software tools (Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint)

Education and Experience

• Masters degree in Cell Biology Molecular Biology or a related scientific discipline with 01 years of relevant experience or
• Bachelors degree in Cell Biology Molecular Biology or a related scientific discipline with 12 years of relevant experience

Additional Details: 

This is a fulltime onsite role operating on a firstshift schedule (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Overtime is required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Boston MA are strongly encouraged to apply.
