Position Title:KVCC Custodial Supervisor

Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:Salary and benefitscommensuratewith the Agreement between the Maine Community College System Trustees and theMSEA Supervisory Services Bargaining Unit. Salary Range18($48360 - $57408).

Responsibilities:The Custodial Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance operations of campus facilities toensure a safe clean and welcoming environment for students faculty staff and visitors. This position supervises custodial staffcoordinates work assignments and ensures that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently andin accordance withestablished addition to leadership responsibilities the Custodial Supervisor performs routine custodial andgroundskeeping duties supports campus eventsmaintainssupply inventory and ensures compliance with safety and securityprocedures. The role plays a vital part in supporting the overall appearance functionality and operations of the include trainingcoordinatingand assigning cleaning duties andspecial eventsworktocustodial workers andperforming their duties when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:Associates degreewith5 years of custodial and relevant experience in custodial or maintenance arena including 1 year of supervisory experience.
