AT&T provides professional services to the officeof the Marine Corps Assistant Deputy Commandant for Installations & Logistics (I&L) Logistics Plans Policies and Strategic Mobility. Work includes Strategic Communications Management Logistics Innovation & Advocacy IT Portfolio Management Data Management Analytics Program Management and other related services in order to improve and enhance the lethality of the Marine Air/Ground Task Force (MAGTF) through logistics speed agility and flexibility.

AT&T has an opening for a Senior Program Manager to support DoD and federal defense customers by leading and directing complex projects serving as the primary liaison to clients and ensuring delivery of program objectives within budget schedule and compliance requirements in a mission-driven government environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing projects or aspects of projects
Providing guidance for specific tasks/subtasks
Manages day-to-day activities and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements & standards
Provides supervision of multiple complex projects and principal liaison responsibilities with client on all business technical and cost matters for task project planning scheduling and implementation
Directs completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

Demonstrated experience performing duties within aDoD federal or defensesupport environment
Ability tooperateeffectively in a structured missiondriven and customerfacing government setting
Experience supporting programs with defined task orders performance metrics and delivery timelines

Strong communicationskills and the ability to work with military civilian and contractor personnel

Required Clearance:

Must be a US Citizen and able to attain clearance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Eight (8) years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs related to logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration.
Prior experience supportingUSMC DoD or other federal defense organizations
Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures operational processes orlogistics/IT environments
Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
Understanding of federal acquisition compliance or operational frameworks

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the level required by the task order. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the security clearance process and continued eligibility throughout the course of employment.

Our Program Manager Seniors earn between $144998 - $175000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
