Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hospice operations and ensure high-quality patient care
Drive operational performance financial stability and strategic growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with all federal state and accreditation standards
Lead mentor and develop clinical and administrative staff
Monitor staffing service utilization and interdisciplinary care coordination
Manage conflict resolution complaint handling and patient satisfaction initiatives
Collaborate with vendors agencies and corporate leadership to optimize services
Ensure staff remain current with hospice regulations clinical practices and industry trends
Maintain ethical business and clinical practices across all operations
Provide regular operational and performance reporting to the Governing Body

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
3 years of healthcare leadership or hospice management experience
Strong understanding of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice regulations
Proven ability to lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
