Compensation: Competitive hourly rate range from $22 to $35 per hour DOE shift premium comprehensive benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MultiSpindle Screw Machine Operator with handson experience running Davenport AcmeGridley Brown & Sharpe Schutte or Tornos multispindle equipment. If you take pride in producing highvolume highprecision components and enjoy working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do

• Operate and troubleshoot multispindle automatic screw machines including Davenport and AcmeGridley platforms
• Adjust cams tooling collets feeds speeds and attachments to maintain optimal performance
• Perform inprocess inspections using micrometers calipers comparators and gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints job travelers and process sheets
• Maintain machine cleanliness lubrication and basic preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with supervisors setup technicians and quality teams to ensure part accuracy and production efficiency

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of experience operating multispindle screw machines (Davenport AcmeGridley Schütte Tornos or equivalent)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of camdriven machine operation
• Ability to perform minor setups and adjustments independently
• Familiarity with highvolume production environments
• Commitment to quality safety and continuous improvement
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
