As a Machine Operator you will be trained and responsible for operating setting up and maintaining machinery ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently. We offer a competitive wage of $50000 - $80000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance within the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate setup and maintain various machines and equipment in the machine shop
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with training of new employees on machine operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Mechanical Skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment is a plus
