Lead cross-regional teams responsible for flow parts support lifecycle management pricing strategy and global flow parts fulfilment and pacing. Oversee daily management of part support and customer care queues monitor and report on flow business pacing and price coordination and enable the maintenance of the flow parts processes globally. This role owns the infrastructure and support of our global flow parts business and ensures there is continuity and system alignment in warehouse fulfillment order management part lifecycle and pricing strategies. The Global Flow Parts Leader will manage control parts KPIs such as expedite fee backlog revenue on-time delivery as well as the daily management of standard work for the parts teams across the globe for Software & Controls Solutions (SCS).Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain cross-functional rhythms to ensure the parts portfolio is maintained for business expectations and customer needs.
- Partner with the lifecycle teams to ensure parameters and statuses are accurate to support our customers.
- Establish and monitor the teams daily standard work.
- Manage relationships with the sales commercial and finance teams in the SCS footprint.
- Act as SAP-super user for SCS Flow Parts team. This is inclusive but not limited to migration activities and multi-region SOPs.
- Lead team through problem-solving activities RCAs and lean toolkit deployment.
- Contribute to overall business programs by engaging with cross-functional teams through active relationship building.
- Engage the CLEAN team to work with engineering/NPI/product line teams to proactively understand EOL timelines and part substitution cut-in schedules.
- Work closely with Finance teams on pacing budget and estimates.
- Any further tasks not defined in this Job Description that the immediate leader assigns verbally or in writing.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college and at least 8 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Global Supply Chain/Sourcing Parts Management or Materials Planning and Execution.
- Experience with lean terminology and tools.
- Strong ERP background with data analysis expertise.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
