Mid-Level Project Controls Position

Location: On-site at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Knoxville TN

RayTek is seeking a mid-level Project Controls Specialist to support a client in Oak Ridge TN. This on-site role will apply project controls best practices across scope schedule cost and change management to help ensure successful project delivery.

• Support project controls functions across scope schedule (time) cost and change management for projects at ORNL
  
• Develop maintain and analyze project schedules using Oracle Primavera
  
• Track and process changes through established change control applications and processes
  
• Develop and maintain custom systems and reports to support project reporting and analysis needs
  
• Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to monitor project performance and identify variances
  
• Prepare accurate timely reports and analyses for project stakeholders
  

• BS/BA in Project Management Construction Management Business Engineering or a related field
  
• 3-8 years of relevant experience (an equivalent combination of education experience and specialized training will be considered)
  
• Basic understanding of project controls best practices related to scope time cost and change management
  
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera change control applications and custom system/report development
  

• Position requires on-site presence at ORNL in Knoxville TN
  
• No security clearance required
