What You Will Do
Lead and supervise a team of 45 to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and revenue recognition for long-term service contracts.
Oversee credit control activities and collaborate with Customer Support and headquarters on credit-related matters.
Lead month-end closing activities including revenue recognition cost accounting provisions WIP analysis and financial reporting.
Review sales forecasts and cost of sales and analyze actual performance against budget.
Drive margin improvement initiatives and identify cost savings and invoice cost reduction opportunities.
Partner with functional leaders to support business and strategic objectives.
Oversee SOX testing internal audits and statutory audits to ensure financial and regulatory compliance.
Mentor motivate and develop finance team members.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA preferred).
Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Experience managing teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong understanding of contractual terms related to billing and cost accounting.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
